GrandVision

GrandVision is a global optical retailer with over 7,200 stores in 40 countries, including well-known brands like Pearle and Eye Wish. In addition to physical stores, GrandVision is focusing on growing its online presence and offering subscription services for glasses, lenses, and more. However, their outdated subscription platform no longer met the needs of their international customers and employees. GrandVision partnered with us to develop a future-proof platform designed for global deployment.

A unified subscription platform for efficient management

In collaboration with Subscription Factory, we developed a user-friendly and unified subscription platform:

  • Customer care integration: A platform enabling service staff to easily manage subscriptions, including payments and address changes.
  • Customer portal: Customers can view invoices, make payments, and manage subscriptions through a compact and intuitive portal.
  • Scalable integrations: Connections with Zuora, accounting software, and audit trail systems via CoreConnect ensure reliable data processing.

Enhanced customer convenience and support for global growth

The renewed platform supports GrandVision’s ambition to expand its subscription services globally. Employees can assist customers more effectively, while customers benefit from an intuitive portal. The modular setup simplifies further rollouts and the addition of new products.
