DAF Trucks, part of PACCAR, provides fleet managers with real-time insights into their vehicles’ performance and status through DAF Connect. To simplify the management of subscriptions for thousands of trucks, we developed a user-friendly and scalable solution.
A smart subscription portal for seamless management
In collaboration with Subscription Factory, we combined our own custom technology with Zuora to transform DAF Connect:
- Smart management: Enable or disable features for individual trucks or entire fleets.
- Seamless Zuora integration: Ensures error-free management of pricing, billing, and taxes.
- Streamlined search and filters: Quickly locate trucks, users, or subscriptions for efficient fleet management.
Full control and global scalability
The new portal gives customers full control over their subscriptions, reduces costs, and increases management efficiency by up to 50%. Thanks to its success, the platform is now being rolled out globally within PACCAR, reaching markets such as the US and Mexico.
