Zhiwuzhiyu

One "smart cloud store-keeper" for a 2,000+ location hair-health chain — HQ console, store POS, and mini-program

Zhiwuzhiyu

Zhiwuzhiyu (植物之域, “Plant Realm”) is a botanical scalp-care and hair-health chain operating 2,000+ locations. In a service chain, the complexity lives inside the store: billing, therapist schedules, treatment packages, stored-value accounts, and HQ supply all interlock. Lanxu built — and keeps iterating — the brand’s “smart cloud store-keeper”: one operations platform spanning headquarters and stores.

Billing and checkout: service-business complexity in one flow

The in-store desktop client (an Electron app) handles front-line billing and payment, with details shaped by how stores actually work:

  • Anonymous billing: walk-in customers check out without prior registration; the system creates a profile automatically, so service never stalls.
  • Per-therapist accounting: each bill line can be assigned to a specific therapist; performance and commission follow the person, and departed staff are excluded automatically.
  • Principal vs. bonus balance: stored-value accounts separate paid-in principal from promotional credit, with deduction priority, balances, and statements fully transparent.
  • Treatment packages: batch redemption supported, with purchased and complimentary sessions booked separately.
  • Refunds with a trail: refunds require the store manager’s security password and a mandatory note; balance changes display alongside the original order.

The store mini-program: the store in a manager’s pocket

  • A daily-KPI home screen with chart visualizations;
  • Sales, member activity, foot traffic, store performance, and commission reports matching the desktop’s numbers, filterable and exportable;
  • A calendar month view for bookings; new bookings show each therapist’s available slots in real time, distinguishing “booked” from “off duty”;
  • A marketing asset library with favorites, native WeChat sharing, and one-tap download.

One chain from HQ to store

The backend is built on .NET 8 (ABP vNext), with a Vue 3 + Element Plus management console covering store records (direct, agency, and franchise types), member tiers and tags, products and service packages, purchase orders, materials and price lists, and ordering credit. Sign-ins are controlled across devices, key operations leave an audit trail, and the whole system ships containerized with dedicated monitoring. The member-facing experience extends the same brand design language — warm #93695E brown and botanical textures — on the same platform.
