Our collaboration with Gadero began with an in-depth Discovery Phase, where a comprehensive roadmap was designed for the platform’s implementation. To minimize risks and maximize results, a phased rollout was chosen. Belgium served as the initial test market, followed by optimizations and further rollouts to the Netherlands, Germany, and France. This approach ensured that new functionalities were thoroughly tested and perfected before broader implementation.
